Mike Johnson, the Founder
Mike has always been in the tool industry. He started out in the shipping room at Prime Machinery in Seattle and worked his way up to the order desk. Mike has worked as a sales representative for Doall and American Power Tool. He started Industrial Specialty Products back in 1995. Mike is now the consultant for the company. He retired in December of 2016. Mike is an avid NASCAR fan.
Dave Ross, the Technician
Dave started out repairing pneumatic tools with Cleco. He has been involved with selling and repairing for different companies until he decided to start his own company, Premier Industrial. Dave does the repairs for Industrial Specialty Products. He has experience with many different brands like Cleco, Dotco, Dynabrade, Ingersoll Rand, etc. Dave is from Pittsburgh and is a die hard Steeler's fan.
Pat Coffman, the Owner
Pat purchased Industrial Specialty Products from Mike in January 2016.He started off sweeping the nursery floor at Ernst Home Centers then worked his way up to store manager. Then Pat went on to work for a counter top fabricator for 19 years. He left to pursue his dream of owning his own company.
